Hayley Orantia is American actor, musician and singer. Her most well-known characters includes Erica Goldberg who stars in 'The Goldbergs,' the comedy television show. Her primary focus is as an actor. When she was nine years old older, she started exploring music. At the age of 12, her music began to take an adolescent turn and she began to train professionally. After some experimentation with music, she decided to record her album of songs at age 14. The music hasn't budged to the past ever since. Orrantia was born in America, but has Hispanic roots. She has Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when she was a kid and her whole life was in the United States. Her aim is to preserve the culture by writing Spanish songs and studying the Spanish language. One of her songs was the creation of a Spanish song called 'Hasta Verte.' Orrantia was chosen to be an audition for The X Factor's first season in the summer of 2011. Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses" (or votes), from the judges at the Seattle audition. While she auditioned initially on her own in "Hollywood Week" She, along with three female performers were placed into an ensemble for the remainder in the selection process. They were eliminated during the fifth week in the live show.
