Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. She won her Pro Card just one year later aged 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage once she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In the year 2015 she returned on the stage and took part in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a few more seasons, setting new goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years before completing her studies after earning the Pro Card. Her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Pro took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The following month, she stepped onto the Olympia arena and claimed 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had finished 6th in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving onto the work outs. Additionally, Ariel loves to use her time the best way feasible. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to supersets of 10-12 reps is the way she works.
